Seth’s solo practice began in 2020. From 2013 to 2019, he was an Associate Attorney with Newton Kight, LLP, in Everett, Washington.
Seth lives in Snohomish County with his wife and children. He is a member of Snohomish Community Church.
Seth previously served as Director of Policy Studies & Senior Fellow at The Free State Foundation (FSF), a free market oriented-think tank focused on federal communications policy. From 2007-2010, he served as Director to the Telecommunications and Information Technology Task Force at the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC). In 2005-2006, Seth served as judicial clerk to the Honorable James Johnson at the Washington State Supreme Court. And from 2003-2005 he was the Program Office, Public Policy & Legal Affairs for Discovery Institute’s Center for Science & Culture.
Seth also has worked in Senate session aide and staff counsel positions in the Washington State Senate.
Seth earned his B.A. degree in Political Science from Pacific Lutheran University in 1999 and received his J.D. from Seattle University School of Law in 2003. He is a 2009 Lincoln Fellow at the Claremont Institute, and a longtime member of the Christian Legal Society.
